Clark Kicks Off Safety Week 2024

Clark teams across the country are participating in Construction Safety Week, which highlights safety as a shared responsibility and ways the industry can continue moving forward.

To kick off the week, project teams joined a nationwide safety stand down. This year's theme is "Value Every Voice," which emphasizes the importance of team members speaking up – and teams listening – when there is an opportunity to make a jobsite safer. 

"Your voice matters," says John O'Keefe, Clark co-president. "Every person on a construction project plays a critical role in ensuring that they and their crewmates go home safely to family and friends each day."

In addition to Monday's stand down, the week will bring teams together each day for safety-focused events – including an emergency evacuation drill – and an employee appreciation event.
